Trang Tran is a trial lawyer that constantly works on honing his skills and improving his craft. Trang’s practice is primarily focused on civil litigation involving commercial disputes and employment law. Mr. Tran’s practice involves all aspects of employment litigation and counseling. He has arbitrated, litigated in federal and state courts, with a focus on prosecuting claims for wrongful discharge, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and failure to accommodate a disability. He also has significant experience prosecuting wage and hour class actions. Mr. Tran counsels clients on a wide range of employment matters. He often provides advice about the issues arising when employees leave to start a competitive venture or work for a competitor. He prepares and reviews employment contracts, focusing on the protection of trade secrets and the prevention of improper customer and employee solicitations. He provides advice about the legal issues arising when a company hires new employees, and has litigated claims concerning restrictive covenants, confidentiality agreements and trade secrets.
